Who we are and what this policy covers
Roof Ignite Ltd, doing business as RoofIgnite, operates the Vetted Lead Network. This policy covers contractor and staff information collected through apply.roofignite.com for partner enrollment, account administration, and our contractor-client SMS program. RoofIgnite provides marketing and lead-delivery services to roofing contractors. This policy does not replace the separate notices provided to homeowners when they request services.
Information we collect
We collect the information you enter, including your name, company, role, email, telephone number, business address, service areas, capacity, delivery preferences, and account setup information. We also collect agreement acceptance details, support communications, SMS preferences, and related records. Technical information may include IP address, browser and device information, page activity, and timestamps.
Payment setup is handled through our payment processor, Stripe. We receive payment setup, transaction, and status information needed to administer your account. Information you provide directly to Stripe is also subject to Stripe's privacy notice.
How we use information
We use this information to process applications and agreements, set up accounts, deliver the services you request, manage billing, provide support, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations. If you opt in to SMS, we use your number to send contractor-client notifications about new leads available in your account, account and billing updates, and support replies.
SMS privacy and consent
We do not sell, rent, or share contractor mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional activities. We do not transfer your SMS consent to another business or use it to authorize another business's marketing. SMS opt-in records and consent are excluded from marketing audience sharing.
Service providers may process mobile information and consent records only as needed to deliver messages, provide support, maintain security, or meet legal obligations on our behalf. They are not authorized to use that information for their own marketing. These SMS-specific restrictions take precedence over any broader sharing language for information covered by this policy.
SMS consent is optional and separate from agreeing to purchase services. You can use the partner portal and email delivery without opting in to texts. A company's service agreement or provision of a staff member's number does not by itself establish that person's SMS consent. Only include recipients who have directly agreed to receive RoofIgnite texts.
Other service providers and disclosures
We use providers for hosting, account systems, payments, messaging, support, and analytics. We may disclose information as necessary to supply those services, comply with law, respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud, or protect rights and security. The SMS restrictions above continue to apply. We do not treat a disclosure for service delivery as permission for a recipient to send unrelated marketing.
Cookies, analytics, and saved drafts
The enrollment site uses browser storage to save unfinished drafts on your device. It also uses analytics and advertising measurement tools, including Meta and Cortana, which may receive technical and browsing activity information. You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser. Clearing storage can remove your saved draft. These tools do not create SMS consent.
Retention and protection
We retain information as needed to administer services, document agreements and communication preferences, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Reply STOP to a RoofIgnite text to unsubscribe from the SMS program. Reply HELP or email oscar@roofignite.com for assistance. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to identity verification and records we must retain. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your service agreement or outstanding charges. See our Terms and Conditions.
Children and updates
